Messages from the Universe
I believe that the Universe likes to communicate with us, so I thought I would share with you the spiritual meanings of some of the things I have seen, sometimes in meditation or when out in nature, which I feel are messages sent for me.
Flowers:
Daffodils: a time for rebirth, new beginnings, hope and joy.
Yellow tulips: happiness and hope for the future.
Roses:
White:eternal love
Yellow: enlightenment and wisdom
Pink: gratitude, admiration
I was so touched when, not long after my friend John’s funeral, while I was meditating, I ‘saw’ that I had been given a bouquet of pink roses from him. I felt he was grateful that I spoke of our mutual spiritual beliefs during the service and passing on those thoughts to his widow, family and friends.
On a further note, during the funeral service, John’s widow, step daughter and myself all saw just one of the flowers on his coffin move. It was strange, because none of the other flowers moved and there were no draughts anywhere in the room. We took this to mean that it was a sign that John was present.
John had also told me that during another funeral service he attended, he had seen a butterfly in the church, which was completely out of season. He took that as a message, from the deceased, that life does goes on albeit in a different dimension.
Daisy: In one of my meditations, I ‘saw’ a daisy which when I looked up the symbolic meaning it represented ‘new beginnings’, when we were looking to buy a new home.
Birds:
Magpies:love, joy and lasting fortune
Robin : we are not alone, a sign of an angel and reminds us to have faith and trust in our future.
When we were visiting my parents grave, not long after my Mum has passed, I saw a robin in the graveyard who stayed around for a long time.
Blackbirds: messengers from the after life.
My sister and I both saw a blackbird dancing on a branch outside of the funeral director’s office, when we were discussing my Mum’s funeral, which we took to mean that Mum was alive and well in her new home in the spiritual realm.
Bees: one of the symbolic meanings for a bee is ‘follow the bee to your new destination’.
When my husband and I viewed the property, which we subsequently bought, I was very happy to see that a bee flew right up to me. It then turned and flew in the direction of the bungalow which certainly showed that the bee was showing me our new destination!
Ladybirds: they represent good luck, protection and transformation.
Of course, when white feathers are in evidence, we all know that angels are present.
I hope you will now find your own messages that have meanings for you.
