How to Place a Cosmic Order

‘We can only be given, what we allow ourselves to receive’.

I think I am not alone in wanting the best things in life, so have learned to ask for what I require from the Universe and here is how it worked when my husband Nigel and I ordered our new home.

Cosmic Ordering is a system whereby we can ask our spiritual helpers to bring abundance into our lives. As I teach on my courses, we have free will and therefore our helpers will not interfere with our lives, however they are always on hand to assist us if we make our wishes known to them.

Therefore, when my Nigel and I decided to move home, we asked the Universe to find us the area which would be best for us to live. I used a pendulum over a map of our local area, (not looking at the map), and I put the question out to the Universe and our helpers that the pendulum would move clockwise over the right area for us. We tried for some time however the pendulum refused to move until it came to a town half an hour’s drive away, Haywards Heath, which suited us well with transport links and other facilities we desired to have to hand.

We set out to look at properties in Haywards Heath and decided after a while to go for a coffee whilst in the town. We entered the coffee shop and I noticed a large sign on the wall which said ‘A very warm welcome to Haywards Heath’. I photographed the sign and took that as definite confirmation that we were looking in the right place!

We made a list of all the things we required for our new home and every morning, we asked the Universe to find what we required and gave thanks for receiving it after each part of our request. We were specific as we needed garaging for our three classic cars or at least the space to build extra garaging and the properties we could afford often did not have the required land we needed.

We had other requests, as we wanted the living area to be at the back of the property overlooking the garden. We also asked that some improvements had been made to the property we would purchase, while still allowing us to put our own mark on it. The property we found, and subsequently purchased, had an extension at the back overlooking the garden, which gave the larger living area we were looking for, and we were able to take down the kitchen wall to make the open plan living space we desired as well.

We put our flat on the market in March 2020.

Another part of our requirements, was that we wanted a first time buyer or a cash ready purchaser for our property and our purchaser was a first time buyer. We have been through the stressful experience of buying and selling before and wanted an easier ride this time!

Another part of our request was for a property to buy to be a probate sale (deceased estate) which again would enable us to avoid being in a chain of sellers which might cause delays and stress.

We went to several estate agents offices and spoke to staff however none could initially offer us what we were looking for, until we went to the last office. During discussions with the agent there, he told us he had done valuations recently on two deceased estates and one of them fell into our price range.

Nigel then had the idea to ask if we could view the property mentioned by the agent, and surprisingly the Solicitors dealing with the estate agreed, even though it was not yet on the market. We had already viewed another bungalow in the same street which wasn’t suitable for us, however, when we saw this chalet style bungalow, we were pleased as it met all our requirements (including space for building further garaging) and had a master suite upstairs.

I was also told that the property we would find, would exceed our expectations, which it did in many ways as well as the floor size being 400 sq feet larger than we had been requesting.

Some time previously, I had clairvoyantly seen us living in a cul de sac, at about the 2 o’clock position of a clock, with a stream behind the property. Whilst visiting our new home to look at extending the garage into the back garden, we met some neighbours, who in the course of the conversation stated that there used to be a stream running along the back of the properties at one time. The position of our home in the cul de sac is approximately the 2 o’clock position. Frankly, all of this amazes me.

We had also done meditations daily enquiring as to what help or signs to look for and I was constantly reassured by the spiritual realm that they were doing their part for us.

In one of my meditations, I ‘saw’ a daisy which when I looked up the symbolic meaning it represented ‘new beginnings’ and another time, a bee. One of the symbolic meanings for a bee is ‘follow the bee to your new destination’.

When we viewed the property, I was very happy to see that a bee flew right up to me and then turned and flew in the direction of the bungalow which certainly showed that the bee was showing me my new destination!

Another thing I had been given twice while meditating was that once things were agreed, events would move swiftly and more easily than we first envisaged.

We needed a survey done on the property and having asked a friend about recommendations, he suggested a friend of his to ask. When Nigel asked this surveyor to do the survey, he kindly offered to do it on his day off the following week, as he had a backlog due to the coronavirus situation and otherwise he couldn’t do for several weeks.

We rang the town Council to discuss what was required in order for us to build further garaging for our cars and after several discussions, we were delighted to find out that what we planned to do, there were no requirements needed by the Council for us to proceed. Definitely both situations were quicker and easier than we originally thought!

Perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised at the help we have received but it is wonderful to see all the things I have been given in meditations, coming true. We couldn’t be happier in our new home, after spending 9 months renovating it completely.

How to place a Cosmic Order

As with the following suggestions for cosmic ordering, gratitude, believing and feeling happy all contribute to bringing our requests to materialise.

1. Write down what you desire or find a picture of it.

2. Invest emotion in it – feel excited! When we are emotionally involved, it makes it easier for these things to manifest. I had also been told in my recent meditations, that if we can try and trust the Universe to bring these things into manifestation, then that also makes it easier for the required item to appear.

(Emotions are our indicators, letting us know whether we are on the right vibration. It is positive feelings that bring positive results or, if we are feeling unhappy then it is an obvious indication that something needs changing in our life.)

3. Talk about what you desire, even to yourself – the Universe is listening!

4.Give thanks and release any stressful, needy emotions to try and force it to happen. (Gratitude and not grasping is good because even the Universe prefers gratitude).

5. Act “As if”. To give you an example of mine, of acting ‘as if’. Before I met Nigel, I wanted a partner and used to walk around the town pretending ‘as if’ I was holding my partner’s hand. Within a year, I had met Nigel, and he always, without me ever asking, holds my hand when we are out walking. It is the exciting visualisation of what you desire that can really help it come into physical focus.

6. Finally, ask the Universe to start acting on it, RIGHT NOW.

As Louis Pasteur put it :’Chance favours the prepared mind‘.

A useful affirmation to repeat, to bring our minds back to the higher positive level of thinking: ‘From the abundance of the Universe, I draw everything today that I need for my spiritual and physical well-being’.

If we do not receive immediately, it maybe because we are holding ourselves in the wrong vibrational pattern. If we are thinking about what we haven’t got, or can’t quite believe it is possible, then this is a negative state of mind and it draws a negative experience to us. Whereas if we are relaxed about what we do desire, then that is a much better vibrational pattern to be in, attracting our desires to us.

If things do not materialise quickly, it could be that at a subconscious level, we are resistant to the idea i.e. it is not spiritual to be rich. As the abundance of the Universe is there for us all, I believe there is nothing wrong with accepting abundance in any way, shape or form.
